I feel like I always forget the simplest things and simplest parts of processes.

I think it’s an AuDHD thing. My brain is just like, “Nope. It’s been more than a day since you did that thing, so you don’t remember it anymore.”

I also hate asking people to remind me how to do simple things, like tying off a needle to start a stitching project.

Until I started doing it every day, I couldn’t remember. So, for anyone elses out there who struggles with it, or hasn’t ever been taught, here you are: A needle threading tutorial.
