Zentangle Slate Coasters by Artist Patti Reen

from $12.00
Only 9 available

My mom, guest artist Patti Reen, drew these Zentangles based on free-use patterns from the Zentangle website.

The drawings are done on thick card stock with black marker.

Then, Mom attached the drawings to these square slate coasters (about 4”x4”) and coated each with a triple coating of waterproof and dishwasher-safe Mod Podge (affiliate link.) This means that the artwork is well protected should you have a drink that spills or condensates. The coasters have four rubber feet in the corners on the backside, protecting your tables from any scratches caused by the slate. You could even attach a hanger to the back and hang one on the wall for decoration. They’re so cool and unique!

The names of the items available have nothing to do with the names of the patterns. Many of them are based on parts of patterns. I named them based on what the image reminded me or made me think about.

Everything in the store is Name-Your-Price.
There are no wrong answers.
You choose your price from the options available for each item according to what best fits and honors your needs and budgetary restrictions.
Additionally, you can choose to pay for your order in full or select one of the pay-in-four options (Klarna and Afterpay, if approved) during checkout.
This pricing structure supports the mission of making artisan and handmade goods available and accessible to people with disabilities everywhere.
Custom or personalized orders, such as embroidery hoops or Christmas stockings, are all stitched in the order in which they are received; no one gets preferential treatment based on their ability to pay. I may occasionally rush an order if someone has a specific event or gift-giving occasion in mind for which they are placing an order.
