These bead-and-sequin boards are especially great for crafting felt applique projects on the lap! They would also work well for beading applique, multi-media embroidery hoops, and jewelry-making.
My friend Brad and I came up with this solution to organize felt craft work while using several sequin and bead colors at once. It’s really effective for creating heirloom stockings and ornaments in my lap while sitting in my recliner!
These pine bead and sequin boards are 12” wide, 7.25” long, and .75” thick. (See photos for reference.)
The 12 ovals are 2 inches by 1.5 inches, and .3/8” deep to hold sequins, seed beads, and findings while you work! And, if you’re a bit clumsy like me, you can bump the tray a bit, you won’t likely send beads and sequins flying everywhere 😉
The working space rectangle is .50 inches deep. Usually, I put the beads and sequins I’m actively using on a project in that rectangle workspace for easy access.
You may choose between a natural wood finish, a wood-burned finish, or a stained finish. You’ll indicate your preferences for stain and felt color at checkout.
